Gait analysis lab

Gait analysis lab   is a specialized facility equipped to assess and analyze an individual’s walking or running patterns. It uses Codamotion which is a infrared based  technology, such as to capture and analyze various aspects of a person’s gait cycle. This detailed analysis helps in identifying abnormalities, asymmetries, or inefficiencies in how a person walks or runs. Gait analysis labs are valuable in diagnosing biomechanical issues, prescribing orthotics or specific exercises, and optimizing performance for athletes or aiding in rehabilitation for those with walking difficulties or injuries.

AI based strength lab

An AI-based strength lab integrates artificial intelligence technology into strength training and fitness assessment. These labs often employ sensors, wearable devices, and machine learning algorithms to track and analyze an individual's strength, performance, and progress in real-time. These systems can provide personalized recommendations, optimize training routines, and prevent injuries by monitoring form and technique. AI-based strength labs offer a data-driven approach to fitness, enabling users to track their workouts, receive tailored training programs, and make informed decisions to enhance their strength and overall fitness levels.

CPET (Cardiopulmonary Exercise Testing)

Evaluates an athlete’s cardiovascular and pulmonary function during exercise, helping to assess overall fitness levels and potential limitations. CPET provides valuable insights into an individual’s aerobic capacity, cardiovascular efficiency, and overall fitness levels. It’s commonly used in sports medicine to evaluate athletes’ performance, establish exercise tolerance, diagnose certain heart or lung conditions, assess fitness for surgery, and guide exercise prescription in clinical and athletic settings.

These diagnostic tools aid in accurate injury assessment, which guides the treatment plan and facilitates quicker recovery for athletes.
